Digital solutions to support healthy eating habits
Most people will agree that developing healthy eating habits is not always easy. The tasty bites and snacks are tempting and a fixed behaviour can’t be changed easily. This is also true for the older population. Their eating habits have developed over a long period of time and that is not easy to change. Especially when both social and physical circumstances change, this can be quite a challenge.
At the same time, healthy eating can have many positive effects, not only physically, but also socially and mentally. In the PACO project, the National Foundation for Elderly participates in research into the use of digital solutions to support the eating habits of the elderly and to make more healthy choices.
