In the Leaves project, the National Foundation for Elderly works together with (Inter)national partners on an online service that uses a virtual agent to offer a mourning aid program to older people who have lost their partner.
Virtual mourning aid
In the Leaves project, the National Foundation for Elderly works together with (Inter)national partners on an online service that uses a virtual agent to offer a mourning aid program to older people who have lost their partner. The grieving older person follows this program and receives appropriate support. If an older person develops mental and/or physical problems, the LEAVES service can additionally refer to the appropriate support.
Within this project the National Foundation for Elderly represents the older people and gives them, a voice during the entire development process in order to achieve a product that is perfectly attuned to this target group.
